Belarc.com Belarc Advisor for free () and tell you what's on your PC.

To www.crucial.com RAM and run the tool to tell you what RAM you have and what they can get.

Cards require a lot of energy, so that you can see what food is worth it. Without doubt, open the box to see what it is, if you can see on the back.

As for AGP or PCI graphics card, look at the motherboard and see what you have. Neither is. Some boards support only low-end integrated video w / no options for expansion.

If you are in any supplier of computer parts trade, such as TigerDirect.com, is a place, write to the manufacturer, model number, name. If you do this, information is the winner. Or the manufacturer's website. It is also this information.

You should not really need the food, if that's what you mean to change. Although you must open your computer and watch the model numbers to see what type they are. If you have the standard of a store or bought something, you can find the model (eg HP Pavilion A1250N), which belongs to me. Just make sure that you will be compatible with the motherboard, as the correct type of RAM. Can not do even on the motherboard to be able to edit too much RAM, since I bought me, there after 2 years, which can support 4 GB of RAM, good will, if you have a PC, evolutionary, but should in any case always. Mine is not expandable, the label does not, but I had no problems upgrading and adding.
