Final inspection, if you say, I think what you are referring to is the walk between the traditional buyer.
There is no statutory requirement that the buyer go through and it's a personal decision.
I closed the deals, I (an agent) and the buyers who have tutorials and others are not.
Offered today, with plans for protection and home insurance, buy a house, we see more and more buyers to jump through these steps, because in these cases is the house only protected up to a date one year after the crash.
